Sheet Music Is An Essential for Composers
Most all composers use sheet music. It’s far and few between that a marching band member will be seen without a sheet of music. Nonetheless, it is typical for those practicing the guitar appear to be playing without a musical score. All the same, you can be pretty certain their songs were originally written and scored on a music chart.
Pianists from different categories and cultures play without sheet music, albeit when they prepare and study a piece of music they will use sheetmusic. Truth be known, most musicians that write their own music typically write and rewrite their new songs, while learning and creating a new score. And unless they are a one man band, music composers need to write songs on sheet music so they can develop a version for various instruments in the band.
